Pape – 3rd at IAAF meet in South Korea

Australian ASCEND believer Madeleine Pape has come third in the 800m at the Colorful Daegu Pre-Championships Meeting in South Korea last night. The meet is part of the IAAF World Challenge, a series of 13 one-day invitationals.

The race was won by Jamaican Kenia Sinclair, who ran the final 300metres on her own after setting a cracking pace from the start.

Pape was in second place before being passed by a fast finishing Pamela Jelimo, a former Olympic Champion. With the 2010 Delhi Commonwealth games fast approaching, Pape has shown she can take it up to the world’s best. With an admirable time of 2.01.88 at this meet, she remains on track to achieve her goal of running a sub-2 minute time in 2010.

Madeleine uses a combination of ASCEND Elite Recovery and ASCEND Elite Muscle after every training session. She also swears by taking 4 of the Protein Catalyst capsules a day.
